According to a recent report from Pacific Business News, the second quarter (April through June) of 2007 saw a growth in Maui home sales: from 246 Maui homes sold in 2006, to 310 homes in Maui county in 2007; marking a leap in Maui home sales of 26 percent! During this period, the median price of a single family home on Maui fell approximately 8 percent from $720,045 to $659,500.
