Maui Real Estate Market Holding Steady
A stable market for real estate on Maui

The Maui real estate market is still showing signs of stability despite the latest financial woes to hit the nation. According to data from the Realtors Association of Maui, recent median Maui condo prices rose in November to their highest level since June of 2006, to $647,656, an increase of 13% over the same time the year previous, and a higher median valuation than that of a Maui home.

Although lower, the median pricing of a single family home on Maui also saw a rise to $624,000, a 4% increase over the same time last year. In addition, sales of both Maui condos and homes saw incremental increases. All in all, this is great news for both those looking to sell their piece of Maui Real Estate as well as those looking to buy a Maui property, as prices look to be holding steady for the foreseeable future.
