Latest Maui real estate market discussion time again folks; a bit of good news for the Condo market on Maui. While Maui home sales are steadily calming, condos in South Maui and West Maui markets are looking to enjoy a very healthy growth! For the first half of this year alone, Maui condo prices have seen a 9%-10% gain in value, with condo prices averaging around $70k higher than similarly spec'd homes on Maui. These number go to show that it's a great time to buy on Maui, especially so for those looking to invest in a new Wailea or Makena condo.
