Fun Summer Events!
August 02, 2008 |  It's a sunny Hawaiian summer, so why not take a bit of time away from your Maui home and attend these great summer events!
From now until August 23rd, Hui Noeau Visual Arts Center will be displaying an array of beautifully designed kites. Created by a talented group of island artists, these colorful kites will dazzle you with their intricacies and inspire you to create your own sky bound works of art. Or to get out to your nearest park and fly your favorite kite! Come enjoy this wonderful exhibition weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Hui Noeau Visual Arts Center. On August 8th, take a trip down to South Maui's Keawakapu Beach and enjoy the Wild Dolphin Amateur Sand Sculpture Contest. Come to watch or to participate in this fun for all ages, dolphin themed, amateur sand sculpture contest! Sign up will take place at 9:00 a.m. on the beach's north end. This will be a great event to stop by and check out while taking a look at a few Wailea or Makena Condos!
Finally, relax mind, body, and spirit by taking part in a FREE Tai Chi Session at 54 High Street in Wailuku. The island's top Tai Chi masters hold these 45 minute sessions on a regular basis to help promote good health and well being in the community. Come join in!
