Business Survival on Maui

A "Small Business Survival Kit" presentation will be held on April 16th between noon and 1p.m. at the Maui County Business Resource Center located in the Maui Mall across from IHOP.

Leslie Mullins will be presenting. She is the founder of PLAYBOOK Consulting Group, a strategic planning firm based on Maui which improves business of all sizes. It also develops capacity building strategies for profit and non-profit companies.

This presentation should be chalk full of good and informative advice on beating the recession and putting your company in a good position for the eventual economic upturn when it happens.

Some of the items under discussion will be strategies for cutting costs, increasing productivity, while enhancing employee satisfaction. You should learn how to gain market share, plow ahead of your competition and achieve a significant increase in customer loyalty.

This is a free talk, so you really have nothing to lose but the time you put into it. That being said, it should be very well worth the effort of attending.
