Art Maui Exhibition 2009

Art Maui is a non-profit volunteer organization that encourages, promotes and recognizes excellence in tactile and visual arts in Maui County. Its yearly art exhibition is produced with donations, artist registration fees and a portion of art sales.

This year, Art Maui will be celebrating it's 31st year as the island's premier juried art exhibition, and opens to the public on June 7th, 2009. Many mediums will be on display, made by many artists with exciting techniques. The art you will find there is sure to be exciting and guaranteed to make you think. Both the cutting edge and traditional faces of the art world will be represented at this exhibition.

Art Maui 2009 will involve events between June 7th and July 5th 2009 at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center's Schaefer International Gallery. Being that Art Maui is celebrating its 31st year, a great following of very creative Maui artists will be participating this year.

If you are an artist who is eighteen years of age or older, and you reside in the Country of Maui, you are eligible to enter whether you are a professional or amateur.
